⚓ Charter Liability Disclaimer

By booking and participating in a charter with Fishful Thinkin’ Freshwater Charters, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to slips, falls, weather conditions, and equipment-related accidents. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release Fishful Thinkin’ Freshwater Charters, its captain, crew, and affiliates from any liability for injury, property damage, or loss.

⛔ Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A deposit is required to confirm all fishing charter reservations. The remaining balance is due by the time of your trip.

• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of payment

• We do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but availability is not guaranteed

• Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions (captain's discretion) will be rescheduled or refunded

🎣 Live Bait Costs

Live bait is not included in the trip pricing. Please consider this optional, but recommended, additional cost when booking. Your captain can discuss live bait availability and pricing before your trip if desired.

💡 Other Important Info

• All participants must comply with safety instructions from the captain and crew.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation; excessive intoxication will result in trip cancellation without refund.

• Children under 6 are required to wear life jackets at all times on board.

• All participants must have a valid Florida Fishing license (unless exempt).
